Finally, while I’m overjoyed that Christmas is here, and hopefully everyone is enjoying themselves – anytime now the Doctor Who Christmas Special, The Widow And The Wardbrobe should be starting anytime for us over here in the US! Be sure to check your local listing (and set that DVR, if you haven’t)!
Merry Christmas to one and all May your holiday be full of family, fun, and good times – be safe! Don’t drink too much eggnog and drive a Star Destroyer!
I love Gingerbread and the Doctor loves Gingers, right? ;0 So what better way to celebrate the Doctor at Christmas time (other than enjoying the Doctor Who Christmas Special) than making a Doctor Who Gingerbread? Here’s a great ‘how-to’ video, enjoy!
I don’t even really know what else to say – but this looks pretty great! It’s been a long time since I’ve wanted to see a real movie for the Hobbit! I grew up with the animated version – which isn’t entirely tooo bad, and its fun. Well … have you waited long enough? You still have another year – but here you go!
There are few other things to say on this, the official launch date of Star Wars: The Old Republic from Bioware! It’s been a LONG, LONG time coming – and while most of us (all?) have already been playing via our illustrious pre-order/head-start access, today’s the official date.
Be sure to enter your product code once you get it – and go, swoop down into the battefifeld of one of the great saga’s ever created!
I’ve never played WoW, so I’ve missed out on the hacking destruction that comes along with account issues – but from what I can gather, there’s always hacking and misc game issues with passwords, etc. So, looks like Bioware/EA is following the standard of having some extra security issues (other than your password, and those somewhat annoying account security questions).
Not only is there the physical key that you can buy (or pre-order, but they are supposed to start shipping 12/15) for a whole $4.99each, or you can wait and get the free iOS iPhone App (is also supposed to be released tomorrow the 15th), both can be seen down via the following link.
