Well, here’s an official teaser trailer for the second season of the Game of Thrones tv series on HBO (based on the books of course), this one should in theory cover the second book, ‘A Clash of Kings’. Enjoy!
Huzzah! Fantastic news from HBO (finally), Season 2 of Game of Thrones will return Sunday, April 1st at 9pm EST. Ten episodes (like Season 1) are all lined up, waiting for Winter. In theory, this season should follow along with the second book in the series, entitled A Clash of Kings. I can’t wait to see how they portray the books! Lots to cover!!
HBO has announced ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 2 will premiere in April 2012! I cannot wait! I recently finished the second book ‘A Clash of Kings’, this will be awesome.
Found this great link over at i09.com (where else right?) for a nice assortment of set photos from the second season of Game of Thrones (which I assume atm, is ‘Clash of Kings’, but we’ll see!). Here are a few, but follow this link over to see the rest!
Comic-Con, the epic collection of all things geeky (and awesome) starts tomorrow! Appearing here this year are so many things, I can’t even begin to list them…everything (and everyone) from the Doctor Who cast, the Torchwood cast, the Guild has a panel, there’s a ton of video game trailers, and previews, and action figures, toys, and soo much more. Twitter will be going crazy with photos, comments, and good times for sure. I’ll try to get some of the better tidbits of news, photos and fun up here as I can. Wish we were there, maybe next year! (I figure if I keep trying, or mentioning it – maybe Luci will say yes, hah).
Months ago, when I saw the first teaser of some crows flying and the saying “Winter is Coming”, I was like … okay, neat. Then the campaign for it grew more and then knowing we already had HBO, I was like, okay we’ll give this a try – looks pretty awesome. Seems like lots of people have liked the books, or they wouldn’t have made a show out of it. Then it premiered on April 17th. I was engrossed and amazed at how I hadn’t read this book (or all of the series for that matter). Luci wasn’t quite as captivated as I at first, but she was soon consumed as well
