Here we go! Today is the first day of the Star Wars: The Old Republic headstart! While who knows who is getting in today (or when for that matter), we should all be thankful for the fact that the day has arrived (more or less).
Good luck on getting in, getting your names, and having a blast!
Star Wars: The Old Republic‘s Guild Alignment invites went out today! Where did you end up?! The Fracture Force (Republic) and Fractured Force (Sith Empire) have both been assigned to Canderous Ordo! If you haven’t already, come by and check us out over at our website/forums. Otherwise, I look forward to finding you in game!!
You’ve probably played in Beta, at least once, you’ve enjoyed the voice acting (or loved it), and probably at some point wondered … who the heck’s voice is this? Well, check out imdb.com and voice, a list of all voice actors is right before you!
Well, it’s about time. …. right?! Bioware has released the Sith Inquisitor Character Progression video, just nearly at the deadline to the game itself.
Wow! Talk about a surprise! Bioware posted news today that the Star Wars: The Old Republic headstart program will actually start TWO days sooner than expected!! So the 13th, will the soonest you can get in! Here are two different, but the same type of updates. There’s also 110-pages and count of replies to the news post over at swtor.com, check it out!!

Sort of wish there was a little more notice to which day we’d get in – I would like to ask for the day off
Something I like to see is a nice fresh start now and then. It doesn’t need to be drastic all the time, but sometimes, a good “spring cleaning” is always in order. Today we found out that the Dev’s over at Star Wars: The Old Republic will be doing exactly that with the community forums.
This Saturday, Dec. 10th, the Forums will become unavailable as we make preparations for launch. When they become available again, you’ll notice many exciting changes!
I love Star Wars, I love Legos, so one day a long, long time ago when they created Star Wars Legos my world was forever changed, so this Christmas here are the two new Star Wars Legos so you can yours can enjoy them!
I was trying to write up a little blurb, but this description from the site itself pretty much sums up everything (at the end of the day, do you love Star Wars music? Then enjoy these samples of the Star Wars: The Old Republic soundtrack):
The Collector’s Edition of Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ includes seventeen original tracks, but this is just a small sampling of the breadth of music that was composed specifically for the game. As we count down the days until our December 20th launch, we want you to experience the entire original score! That’s why, starting today and continuing every day until launch, we are releasing one new musical track available for download each day on both Facebook and YouTube! – Find them here!
Enjoy these, they are fantastic so far (and I’m sure they will all be), or did you already plunk down those credits for the Collectors Edition?
Well, as all good things do, Beta Weekend has come to a close. What did you think? Did you try out anything new or different? Did you change your mind about your class you wanted to start out with? I have so many thoughts and pondering, I’ll get them up during the week, but for now, smile and know that the game release day is so close..
